"IF I HAD KNOWN SOONER...!!!" - A "10" gym near my house... YES! Gym Club Odyssey! I knew so little about core training, cardio, and strength training... Now these words are much more familiar. Why? Well, because my orthopedic surgeon, after my hip replacement surgery, recommended I go to a gym near my home in Barcelona: the upper part of Balmes. And so I went! How wonderful, how fantastic!... Why? Because the couple who run it, Mireia and Albert, are superb professionals, charming, kind, incredibly attentive, and many other positive qualities that make their presence a "top" level of courtesy and professionalism. The hygiene and cleanliness of the gym and facilities are impeccable and exquisite. It has all kinds of weight training machines and the ideal equipment for strength and mobility work. As for the facilities; The decor, changing rooms, bar, etc., are another "10" out of 10. And what can I say about their highly qualified and multilingual coaches, trainers, and physiotherapists, fluent in European and international languages, and of various nationalities? A very friendly atmosphere where you can socialize and enjoy a pleasant time while getting in shape.

What can I say about Odyssey? It's a unique place, not just a gym… Odyssey is the complete opposite of the large chains and franchises that seem to be flooding cities these days. Here, everything is more personal, more intimate, with an atmosphere that truly captivates you and makes you want to come back. It's more than just a gym. And without realizing it, something changes. Not just physically, but mentally. You become stronger, more consistent, more confident. And little by little, you improve in both aspects. And that, for me, makes all the difference.

I found out about the gym because my granddaughter trained there and she highly recommended it to me. I've been training at Odyssey for a year and after all this time I've noticed my progress like never before. It's a very family-friendly gym, they always greet you with a smile and the atmosphere is ideal. They have all the machines for a complete workout. I'm delighted!
